We offer A-Frame Metal Buildings with Vertical Roofs ONLY, we do not offer horizontal roofs. This will help rain, snow, and debris slide right of the panels to avoid build up since the ridges will run up and down. All buildings come with Horizontal Walls. Vertical Walls are available for an upgrade cost.

Standard building width sizes typically range from 24W, 28W, 30W, and 40W wides. Standard building lengths range from 24’, 30’, 35’, 40’, etc. Any width/length outside of these measurements are considered a Custom Build. The smallest size we currently offer is 24’ wide x 24’ long x 9’ tall building.

Certified or Engineered buildings are engineered to meet your counties local building requirements; engineer stamped drawings are provided. Customers are able to opt-out of a permit and purchase a standard uncertified building. We do not require permits and are not responsible for pulling permits. It would be your responsibility to find out from your local Building & Permitting department whether a permit is required or not.

Standard buildings have a 3/12 roof pitch. Our 24W-30W Engineered buildings require a 3/12 roof pitch and our 40W require a 4/12 roof pitch. However, buildings can have the roof pitch upgraded to 4/12 at an additional charge.

We offer concrete services to customers located in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Grading is included for up to 4hrs, customer must provide fill dirt on site.
